Townsmen Properties, located in Asbury Park, NJ, has managed mostly condominium associations since our inception in 2003. We provided complimentary meeting minutes to the condominium associations for many of those years until doing so became burdensome and a resource drain. In 2024 we endeavored to find a cost effective outside service to offer our association Boards an option if they chose not to handle it themselves. We searched and contacted outside companies, some seemed cost prohibitive.

The draft minute turnaround is incredibly quick, and accuracy has been terrific.
